• Provide leadership, management and control over the organization of educational and training programs of professional and continuing education and outreach activities of SPCE Tekeli.
• Actively develop new directions and educational programmes. Promote and market SPCE as a flexible and innovative provider of educational services.
• Promote and build partnerships and support, advocate the school among the key stakeholders.
• Manage school activities based on sound planning of financial, labor and other resources and assets. Promote the University and School, actively develop new directions and programmes, conducts needs assessments.
• Coordinate activities on licensing, certification and accreditation of educational courses and programs and represent SPCE with the local authority.
• Promote SPCE and foster relations with local communities, regional and national governments, international organizations. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and administrative/financial policies/ procedures/rules in the organization and conducting educational process.
• Ensure timely reporting to CAO and authorities. Coordinate timely implementation of projects in coordination with relevant staff and departments of UCA.
• Organize and administer issues related to premises, logistics, communications, equipment and procurement with relevant departments of UCA.
• Be responsible for timely reporting and overall performance of the Centre measures agreed with the Director of SPCE.
• Travel as needed throughout the region and internationally to fulfil the responsibilities of this position.
• Carrying out other assignments related to the job.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or Candidate of Sciences Degree will be advantage)

• Managerial experience in a university / other educational institution or public / private / international / non-governmental organization in relevant field.

• Kazakh, Russian, English - required

• Working knowledge of MS Office suite, internet and email ware
