We are a fast-growing and developing company, and in this regard, we are now looking for new members of our team

Currently, we have 5 beauty studios in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the middle price segment, with high quality services. As well as fitness and stretching studios.

And we also have a really amazing team, whose warmth and mood you will feel even while working online

Responsibilities:

-Individual approach to each client

-Advising clients on the center's services-Identifying customer needs, registering customers for services and working to increase the average -check at registration

-Working in AMO CRM and Altegio systems

Requirements:

-Sales experience of at least six months is required

-Fluency in English (B2+/C1 and above)

- Knowledge of Russian is mandatory (!)

-A person for whom, just like for us, an individual and warm approach to communicating with clients is important (robots that talk only with scripts will definitely not suit us)

-Experience in active sales and hotline calls is required

-An active life position

-Multitasking

-Love your job and have fun communicating with people

-Availability of a computer, headset and high-quality Internet connection

Working conditions:

-Remote work (from home)

-Automated systems for customer interaction that simplify the organization of work

-Ready-made sample scripts that you can rely on when communicating with clients

-Training for salon products

-Special offers for new customers and increased receipts

-The salary is twice a month and strictly on time (this is very important for both us and you!)

-Shift schedule 2/2 by agreement

-Opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Dubai time)
