Обязанности:

• Work package preparation: collect technical specifications, review and updаtеexisting work packages and create new work packages when needed

  Assist the TAR, Maintenance Strategy and Reliability Manager in preparing and optimizing of the TAR schedule and planning

  Assist the TAR, Maintenance Strategy and Reliability Manager on Supplier selection to execute the work packages during TAR

  Assist the TAR, Maintenance Strategy and Reliability Manager on TAR purchasing management and RFQs in collaboration with procurement

  Technically review vendor proposals in collaboration with procurement

Требования:

• Well organized and structured work style
• Ability to focus on details (analyzing jobs on safety, technical and planning )
• Proactivity in case of blocking points
• Teamplayer, communicative: capable of working across different teams, organizations and disciplines as well internally as externally
• Willing to travel, mainly between Pavlodar and Atyrau but occasionally abroad and spent longer periods from home in particular when a TAR is ongoing
• Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical role in the refining, petrochemical or utilities industries, deep understanding of assembly and disassembly of fixed equipment, piping and valves. Experience on refractory works would be prefered

• Education:

• required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science, construction management, engineering or engineering technology

• Skills and requirements:

• Knowledge of piping, process industry static equipment (exchangers, heaters, drums, vessels, etc), welding and corresponding norms
  • Planning and scheduling of technical projects
  • Basic understanding of schedule developing software and Computer maintenance management system MAXIMO
  • Good knowledge of MS office or “Google” equivalent
  • Kazakh, Russian, English (intermediate)
